Course Description

The course meets for four sessions of an hour and a half each. Each week we will focus on one theme, each building on the previous one. The course is interactive, experiential and private so it is not recorded. We maintain confidentiality.

Though Mary will explain the concepts of the course and the purposes of the activities, the significant knowledge you gain from the course will be experiential, not something you can easily lose or forget.

Each theme will be introduced with relevant background information, but also bringing forward participant personal experience and shared exploration. All these elements facilitate understanding of rich meaning of practices introduced and assures retention of the practices which the participants find meaningful, valuable, or useful.

Because of the personal nature of the course, it is intended for to 10 people.
